  1. I generally eat twice per day, sometimes once. Two plus full years on carnivore and I’ll never go back. I fall into the camp of “it cured my lifelong digestive issues, is helping autoimmune issues, it’s easing my menopause symptoms, and my dang brain works again.

Completely worth occasional monotonous meals. If I need to spice it up, I will and do throw in a little full fat dairy via heavy cream, Greek yogurt, or cheese, but never all at once! I will also add some spices, but mainly salt. I’ll even garnish with a bit of cooked onion every so often because after all, even a lion does not remove the grass that sticks to its kill!

Carnivore is awesome, I am convinced now that meat and fat are food and plants are medicine/starvation rations. And it still shocks me that I feel this way after a lifetime of being careful to eat “healthy” veggies and fruit and “wholesome” grains.

I’ll never make my grandchildren eat that stuff ever again!

  2. I eat once a day meat and watermelon and that's it I've been attempting this way of eating for almost 5 year and now that I'm fully transitioned I feel amazing

  3. My life did a 180° when I changed my diet for good. Been doing carnivore for over 2.5 years now. Through it I found my passion, path and purpose ❤❤❤ Never been healthier, happier and more fulfilled!

  4. I find that the more fatty meat and seafood I eat, the more I crave it!
I find myself on my morning walk craving eggs cooked in butter, bacon, sausage, and cheese…

  5. Are we also going to acknowledge that meat in general, especially fish and beef, are incredibly expensive now? The average person will barely be able to afford it.

  6. Imagine telling people that they will absolutely love every food they eat every day for the rest of their life, and theyll be healthy! Sounds like a good deal. Im gonna go eat some bacon

  7. I have PCOS and insuline resistence, i eat a lot of fish, eggs and meat (not processed and more of the low fat one's), very low carbs, moderate veggie and very low fruits. It drammatically change my life for better. You don't have to eat only meat to have the carnivore benefit

  8. The only downside to the animal based/carnivore lifestyle is it gets people free of roid heads making a buck with their garbage diets.

  9. Mf comments section be like "i started paying attention to my diet and exercising two days ago, I also ate only meat (except for dairy, eggs, some fruits and vegetables, but otherwise only ate meat), I was paraplegic but now I can jump buildings, I am immune to bullets, and my grandmother rose from the dead. All thanks to my new fad diet that i have to tell everyone about constantly."

  10. Who wants to take advice from a guy that has such a limited vocabulary. He’s so intelligent that he has to use street language to communicate…
Study some English that makes sense and I’ll circle back to your information.

  11. its dangerous because too much protein is associated with general mortality. unless we suddenly get proof that this is no longer the case it's difficult to recommend in spite of any biomarkers that may be improving because sugar and sunflower oil are from plants and cream is not a meat either. get enough protein for the amount of muscle you want to have and no more.

  12. I think one thing that is missed often when it comes to carnivore diet is the lacking of environmental sustainability. Even if it was the best thing for your health, having to grow food, to feed animal which you either eat or eat its products and nothing else, is the quickest way to ruin the planets envrionment. Argubly quite selfish for the future generations.

  13. these carnivore people are genuinely hilarious. instead of trusting scientific studies, they use "themselves feeling great or it being simple" as justification. Personal experience is the most unreliable evidence.

  14. Ignorant comments. I have heard your other videos and I am really surprised with this short because you seemed more informed than this.

  15. The Downsides of The Carbs Diet are HUGE
How can I get a belly like yours ? Answer: Eat carbs LOL
You're funny…..How much do they pay you ?

  16. I call humans adaptivores. It's all about nature and seasons. Fest befor winter spiking our insulin to insane levels and packing on long term fat. Then for winter eating saturated animal fats and eventually long term fasting which consumed our own stored fats. Then start it all over again. The higher the latitude the more exclusively meat the diet becomes all year round. Vegans never existed til modern times so whatever 🙄
