  1. We can honestly only pray Laughton is replaced by training camp, dude is terrible. Not sure what Sportsnet is smoking talking about Laughton as if he is useful and should not be waived.

  2. As a Bruins fan Charlie Coyle played center on all 4 lines at some point and did good. Hell he even played wing for a bit. He's a very good option for the Leafs. Stay away from Zacha please

  3. There are quite a few good options at center but TOR has very little anything to try trade with so what is the best option TOR can realistically get?
Might have to scrape whats left in the UFA bin July 1st.
The thing that really makes sense for a team to take a Kampf or Jarnkrok retained deal is because if that team is not a cup contender they can retain a second time on Jarnkrok or Kampf for 500 to 600k for a better pick or prospect at trade deadline to a Cup contender.

  4. As a sharks fan and an ass. I'll trade Alex Wenneberg and a 3rd rounder for Easton Cowan.
In all seriousness though Wenneberg is a sick player and would make for a great 3rd line center for the leafs.

  5. As a Bruins fan, I haven’t forgiven Coyle for quitting on the season before it started last year. If he’s playing higher than 3rd line, it’s a step backward for the Leafs. He’s also slower than dial-up internet. That being said, I hope the Leafs sign him 😂🤣

  6. Take Dumba off the Stars hands (buy him out immediately), plus they give us back Marchment, which also clears even more cap space for them. give them Robertson to play with his brother and his cheap contract he will sign

  7. it's the 3rd and 4th lines Leafs need to upgrade, with guys that can step up to the top lines when needed
