Great stuff, merci!
Carbonneau is a turd. Lakovic and Hensler are easily the best choices.
If these were the players available, I would go :
Carboneau
Bear
Kindel
Reid
I just heard the name Cooper Simpson from Simon Boisvert, what are your thoughts on him?
Carbonneau is also my favourite for the 16-17 range. Good hands, good goalscoring instinct, good skating and good size. He's good at creating his own space and shots. Decision making is questionable but coaches will teach him. The rest can be taught but the natural ability is there.
Lakovic might be the suprise of the draft
I’d love to grab Mason West in the 40s, what an interesting athlete / story
If Reschny is still available at 41 you wouldn't take him? Most people have him ranked in the teens or early 20s.
Slapflopski isnt a top 1 forward….. hes a mosquito
I wouldn;t sleep on the 2 RD's, Hensler / Fiddler,
Habs have a bright future. I was really hoping my Flyers could trade up last year for Demidov, but it wasn’t meant to be. Looking forward to seeing him in the league next season. For this draft, I think they should try to trade up for an impact player like Martin or McQueen. 16 & 17 and mid-prospect for, say, 10-12 might work
Really smart analysis! Glad I watched. Thanks.
Tu viens de résumer plusieurs heures de podcast! Excellent video!
Maybe I’m crazy, but they should try to trade for an unprotected 2026 1st round pick
TRade Srtuble , Carrier & Engstrom to move up to get skill and size in the forward lines …Might not get all 3 traded this draft but that should be the goal as David and Logan are brought up next year to the main team …
