Bedard is not the fastest skater in the world and that hampers his defense too. He also absolutely sucks at the dot. I prefer him as a winger.
Totally agree on Cheli. He was not above planting the end of his stick in your midsection just to remind you he's there.
Great show today guys your comments on trading up were right except Martone isn't slow he just needs to work on his acceleration. It's rumored that San Jose would be willing to trade for a high end defense prospect. I don't like the idea of trading Korchinski but if they are that high on Misa that could be what it costs. The Hawks would still have the three pick. Great show I can hardly wait for tomorrow. Maybe ask Martone what it was like to play in the men's worlds this summer. Not bad to make team Canada as an 18 undrafted player
Re: the 2010 Flyers team… don’t forget “that damn Ville Leino”, as Duncan Keith called him. Dude parlayed one amazing playoff performance into a a super overpriced contract in Buffalo and never replicated who he was in 2010, but goddamn was he a fucking menace with the puck on his stick that postseason.
Edit: 21 points in 19 games. Leino legitimately could have won the Conn Smythe if the Flyers had won.
