Get rid of the quitters and slackers and you will have the cap space to rebuild properly… yes, than means Kreider, Mika, Laffy and K'Poke, that would be a great start. The "role" players do their jobs very well, not much to change there.
Elephant in the room. Why would anyone want to play here after the team quit on the fans in Sam Rosen's final season? No serious competitor is going to sign here unless you overpay in $$/term/clauses. No thanks.
