We need the physicality tomorrow for sure yes,this could help immensely against the forecheck and breaking pucks. In addition, we need not to concede 3+ goals….
I think the refs have Indeed gifted Florida at least 2 goals (goals 1 in both games) but we need to keep it at fewer than 3 ideally. We saw what that did to Vegas and Dallas didn't we!?? Cant afford to conede more than maximum 2-3 to stand a decent chance of winning. And the physicalty is s thing that helped in game one with that 🎉 💙🧡💙🧡
I hope Nuge gets better. It makes sense now why he hasnt been performing to his potential. I believe the boys are good though. Not worried at all, they WILL step up!

Oilers in 5 panthers can only win by cheating
Nuge getting thrown around. Skinner getting thrown around. The leafs lost vs the panthers because they allowed bennett to elbow stolarz in the head without any consequences. The same will hold true for edmonton. You need to make teams pay for messing with your players. Perfect example: aho hit reinhardt hard/low in the ECF. . Not even 10 minutes later, walker and another hurricane are in the locker room getting treatment. 2 MASSIVE hits . This is how you respond. The oilers are letting the panthers slap them around physically and this will make a differnce if the oilers dont clean it up. Florida will gladly take a 2 minute penalty for running Stu and giving up a goal. They dont care. Theyll come back. The panthers know the oilers are soft and wont take runs at their players

Skinner-McDavid-Brown line needs a look if Nuge is out. They looked great for the limited time they were together. I'm also not worried until they trail in this series. Special teams also NEED to start clicking, that powerplay wasted their opportunities given to them, they possibly could've won in regulation if even half of their PP connected for goals. I just hope that if Florida tries to do some sneaky BS that the Oilers respond strongly.
Florida needs to win the next 2 at home before going back to EDM. The dream is still alive!

Great analysis. You certainly know more than I do. But with guys like Knoblauch and Coffey behind the bench, they have more coaching savvy and knowledge of the players and where they are at, than all of us armchair analysts put together. I trust the coaching staff to make the best call for game 3. The difference between game 1 & 2 was literally one lucky bounce. This series is tight, super exciting (and nerve wracking) to watch. Go Oil!

losing Hyman has been a big loss/has helped FL. Skinner might do very well if do have to replace RNH… guess there is some risk – but might work very well. RNH did seem a bit off – & seemed to fall a lot. Stecher only 1 who can settle Nurse down.. not good to mix it all up.
Need 1 in FL – will be a lot of work .. lets do it!
