0% chance.
I was thinking a while ago about a potential 3 team trade between the Sharks Isles and Hawks which would see SJ get 1, CHI get 2, and the Isles would get 3 while recouping some assets. Sharks take Schaefer, Hawks take Misa, Isles take Hagens for the Eiserman connection, everybody gets their guy. Isles would have the potential to recoup a guy like Cagnoni to address the LD spot long term among other assets
The blackhawks already have 2 1st rounders and 2 2nd rounders this draft, similar to having the same in the past few drafts. The Blackhawks need star level talent on offense, not more potential middle six forwards. This trade makes 0 sense
If I had the chance at Micheal Misa it would be very hard for me to not do this trade because I believe he would fit into Montréal's plan very well but you might have to wait a few years before he makes it to montreal and is at the caliber of player you would want him to be. Very difficult for me to say one way or another which would be the best road to take. But Misa at 3 I would probably do the trade at the end of the day
3rd overall picks are historically unlucky for the Habs.
A team isn't going to move the 3oa for mid round picks. Its not going to happen.
2 firsts, two seconds and Joshua Roy may be interesting. Roy and Bédard had chemistry in the world juniors
3rd overall for Demidov or just stop with this nonsense
Bad Trade, throw in 1 of their top prospects take 2026 2nd rd.
If Chi’s #3 pick is in play, it’s gonna cost way more than the haul of picks Snake thinks it would take.
As a Hawks fan, there's absolutely no way on God's green earth the Hawks would trade the 3rd overall pick for a couple mid first round and two 2nd round picks. 😅
No team picking 3rd overall would do this.
Insane
We are really scraping for rumors to make a video for this lol
No chance the hawks give up #3 for anything less than demidov
CHI says no, Kyle Davidson is going to be swinging big on the trade market to get roster players not trading down for only picks
Probably Take Beck Mailloux 16th 17th and 2026 1st.
Blackhawks aren't hurting for prospects. This is a dumb proposal
They wont trade just use logic they have bedard and mtl has nothing to give lol … Its worth way to much….
This might be the dumbest trade offer I've ever seen. Blackhawks aren't trading 3rd overall for that.
Come on man, do some actual research. As per PuckPedia, the total value of the first four Montreal picks is 57.918, while Chicago's third overall pick is worth 62.065. But in looking up the latter value, you'll notice that Chicago already has two first round picks and two second round picks in this draft, so they don't have a need to stockpile more picks for this draft.
More proof that Montreal fans are some of the most delusional in the league.
As soon as I heard who proposed it, I immediately dismissed it.
Never happening unless Chicago gets Carrier and some high end prospect
Lmao no.
those picks Chicago would get for this trade are junk compared to #3…they might do it for Demidov…lol
Someone is drunk on zima or odd on maple syrup
Hmm not going to happen. Only way i could see chicago trading 3rd is that somone like nashville utah or philly offers similar big set of picks and maybe prospects.
