I have faith in Sam, he has shown he can play well. You can only assess how good he is from the team in front of him. When both sides can be consistent he'll be much better. Of course he had some bad games but there are many upsides with him that I have seen through the last two years.
I am not opposed to the Flyers staying with the Sam and Ivan tandem going into the 2025-26 season. If DB and KJ could find a proven goaltender that will definitely be an upgrade from Sam and will not cost a fortune to sign for 2-4 years, that would be different, I would hope they would go in that direction. We shall see what lies ahead. Jason stay strong under the new treatment we are all praying for you 🙏. Oh yeah and congratulations to you son on his graduating.

I’d like to see them sign or trade for a veteran backup who can play 35 games or so, but can also help develop and coach Sam. He’s never had a veteran with him. Even when he was with Hart, Hart was still young and developing. A veteran might be a good fit for him.
