Frederik Andersen has been nothing short of spectacular this postseason for #RaiseUp.
The question is – can he stay healthy?

Caps were not dominant against the habs it was clear that they would have issue against the Canes. I can see the in the cup final.
OMG NO NO NO, Freddie is TERRIBLE, he has always been TERRIBLE, he still is TERRIBLE, do you think a terrible goalie, all of a sudden, became good? You all are dumb, this will be the last time I spoon feed you, you want more answers, pay me. The players in front of Freddie are outworking the Caps. The Caps are old and VERY tired. The Caps aren't moving their feet, no effort behind passes, lazy on the PPlay entry, they're being outworked at every turn, and half way through the 1st period the Caps look like they're skating through mud. The Caps get very few high quality scoring chances, when they do, Freddie has trouble with it, the Caps just can't get to any 2nd chance rebounds. The Caps can't really get good looks and here is why. Outside of Aho, Carolina has little skill, they just have motors for days and will outwork you, they're built like their coach. Go figure, the Russian machine may never break, but it doesn't run well on Subway subs and Doritos, who knew? Freddie has looked very shaky, the Caps just can't get anywhere near him to capitalize. Carolina will get destroyed by whoever wins the Panthers/Leafs series. Strome and Protas are really the only two Caps that are consistent, the Caps skilled players don't have motors, the few players they have that do have motors don't have skill. You're seeing an entire Carolina team that is better conditioned, work, and work HARD. And to @Marty9410 who responded and deleted the message. Just cause the Caps had the 2nd best record in the NHL doesn't mean anything. I'm a Caps fan and played through college, the Caps suck, they were maybe the 6th best team in the conference. I don't care about points. The Houston Rockets had the 2nd best record in the NBA's western conf, and they weren't the 2nd best team, they just worked hard, like Carolina. Playoff hockey and Reg Season hockey are two completely different sports, just like NBA. I'm not saying the Caps lost it come playoff time, I'm saying the Caps never had it, they were riding the OV goal chase wave, they were never a strong team that could ever do anything in the playoffs. Look at Florida or Toronto, both those teams are much better than the Caps yet they didn't have as many points in the reg season. Cause the reg season doesn't mean a thing other than finishing in the top 8. And baring any major injuries, you won't see Carolina get past whoever wins the Leafs/Panthers cause Carolina has screwed themselves the last two years with bad trade deadline moves that's zapped any skilled players from their rosters. Oh but they have draft picks, haha. All they have is Aho and Svech, one or two bellow them, but the skill drops off quick after that.
