  1. Never going to happen now but the powers that be really missed out on a Pakistan vs India test series in England or Australia. Yes India would likely trounce Pakistan but the exposure for test cricket would’ve been great

  2. Mark butcher is one of the delusional guys in cricket . He rates bang average batters like jamie smith ,brook and bethell who can't play half decent spin to save their lives like they are sachin, lara and ABD

  3. If drawing an ashes series at home is what the english consider success, i’m more than happy to let them keep playing bazball lol

  4. I agree that England’s batting looks very good.

But the bowling on other hand looks very weak and samey.

Anderson & Broad to Atkinson & Potts is a hell of a step down. The fitness of Woakes is going to be crucial.

  5. Please ask your next guest their opinion on the team morale of rcb and how it is elevated by 10 min andre big basket 10 min andre big basket

  6. Personally i'd like to see Pope tried as Duckett's opening partner as Crawley still fails to post serious numbers and Bethell in the team means you don't need a spiinner in England and maybe not Australia apart from Sydney.
Pope, Duckett, Bethell, Root, Brook, Stokes, Smith, Woakes, Carse then 2 horses for courses selections from Mahmood, Atkinson, Tongue, Stone & Potts – with Wood & Archer hopefully available for the Ashes. That's batting depth to cope with Pope's feast or famine contributions. Can't see Woakes in Australia but if Archer & Wood can both play 2 tests and the others are fit then we have a decent line up. Carse, Mahmood, Atkinson & Tongue are all in the 140kph zone and Archer, Wood & Stone all go closer to 145. The question is whether England can start to play the game in front of them rather than the game they had in their heads before it started.
