Frondell is the guy. He is the true top line power forward that everyone wants Martone to be. He plays with more pace, has way better finishing, and works infinitely harder than Martone does.
Assuming the top 2 picks go Shaefer / Misa, take Frondell and don't look back.

FRONDELLlooked very slow to me at u18s..no transition translort ability at all.. playedcawful compared to dominating shoftcaaftercshiftcand production by Brady Martin who is even more physical than Frondell..
I just do not ee Frondell at all..

That guy you had on is a bit of a "black piller." I was a team Demindov guy last year, but I'm more positive on Levshunov now. I also think Bedard will be much better than Eichel.
I’ve been saying that frondell has a lot of barkov to his game. He doesn’t look like he’s moving too fast but he’s definitely moving fast, kind of like levshunov. He covers so much ice and has so much poise like Barkov. I think he will turn out to be the best player in the draft. I hope he’s available at 3 for the Hawks.

I’m good with them all (Misa, Hagens, Frondell, Martone, Desnoyers) but I would trade up for Misa.
What I really like about Frondell in particularly is his typical Swede Center smarts, 57% win rate against experienced players, versatility (C/LW) and he’s only a few weeks into his 18th bday.
He has things that are the best in draft or as good as anyone. Best one-timer, best counter-checks, as good a wrist shot as anyone, and he’s as good as anyone at digging out pucks on boards but I think he’s also the best at puck possession and a Marian Hossa like puck control in traffic. He’s a big bull out there for his size and age. That was a huge missing piece in 2016/2017, at the end of that last group’s end-cycle. If you haven’t yet, check out “Simon St-Laurent” and his YT reviews from a Montreal POV. Real good stuff.

This prospect analyst is so dull. He has zero other prospects other than bedsy as a star. Ok. Lev and Nazar project to be star/stud players according to so many others. Also wtf is he talking about with Lardis. He said, guy scores 70+ goals in one of the best junior leagues in the world and "now he probably makes the NHL" hahaha ok bud. Pretty sure hes making the nhl… are you kidding.
Yeah 70-80 points per season is definitely not generational. Bedard was definitely billed as generational.
Macklin Celebrini was better this season than Bedard. He was a younger player on a worse team.
