Drury committed crimes against the fans for bringing in players that nobody gives af about. We brought in low impact players from teams worse than us, how are we supposed to be excited about these players?? This roster just feels empty. JT’s cool, but the other moves are side step, mostly backwards moves. Especially pissed about how he handled the blue line, those extensions to #18 and borgen should not exist. The drury extension should not exist…
Like the move…. Show the players who’s in charge. All the under performing ,selfish and over paid players are on notice for a change. Can’t keep rotating through coaches and GM’s every 2 to 4 years. The problem is with the players. Hold them responsible for a change. Over 30 years without a Stanley Cup is ridiculous. Something has to change. Stop firing GM’s & coaches like it’s their fault- put the blame where it belongs- the players!

I don’t understand how anyone is defending drury saying he’s not that bad. He is the one that fumbled last off season so badly that it bled into this season and the locker room creating one of the most toxic locker rooms ever and he’s not that bad I’m perplexed. The players are shite as well but drury created this mess by the way he handled lit all ike some fat fingered 2 year old.
I think this is Dolan’s way of sending a message to the players to either get on the bus or find another ride. I’m not saying I agree with it, but this removes any doubt that some players will be able to wait Drury out. Either play right or get the fuck out. This might also free up Drury to pick a younger coach and not pick a retread to try and save his job with one good year
