The only issue I have with jiu jitsu is that it's only practical on a 1V 1 and to use it as a self-defense it doesn't really work because you're never in a 1V 1 you have to possibly fight more than one target. And you can't subdue two targets at the same time so I think personally Muay Thai or Wing Chun. You can exert less force or energy and take out multiple targets in less time. Plus nobody's trying to roll around on concrete or asphalt none of this is ever practical unless you're just doing a 1V 1 exhibition in a ring lol
Wasn't striking, guy only punched bit, could have low leg kicks etc…then he stopped once guy tryed takedown. Could have continued 'striking', elbows to back , punches etc. Goin to get taped anyway cause he not trained and he got gloves on….
MMA gloves for both. Choose your weapons. Carry a pair of gloves. Don't fight unless the people are "laced up" and want to learn lessons. Lessons are Free until you pay.
These scenarios are not only completely unfair they are ridiculous! Put 6 ounce gloves on both and see what happens!? I don’t believe the young man with the gloves on is as novice as this post indicates..

That’s not striking, that’s pawing 🐾. Straight trash…
I’m not taking a aside because I want to do BJJ but that striker didn’t know what he was doing. Any panicked.

Era bom se ele pegasse um cara que sabe boxe realmente kk
Striker needs to learn how to sprawl
That kid is quite athletic and definitely not clueless about fighting.
How is the guy supposed to counter his grappling and he has boxing gloves on?
Also, the grappler can finalize through submission but the striker can't through ko
The boxer doesn’t look untrained.
THE UNTRAINED FIGHTER IS UNSTOPPABLE 🔥
That was more like wrestling.
Uppercut to the solar plexus or jaw when he goes down for the legs
Thats gatu
Why would you put gloves on no way to defend
Okey I do think BJJ chould beat boxing but u can see that guy doas not know how to box
I can instandly tell who the less experienced fighter is. And the more experienced fighter did a good job ngl.
Paralimpic striking vs jiujitsu *
That's how bad some bjj guys are at takedowns.
Never say striking vs bjj… that wasn’t a good and actually display
Why does he have gloves on
Ridiculous. 14 oz boxing gloves. Grappling knows those gloves don't hurt noone
😂😂😂 hes a boxer?
He stopd punching the minute he was caught, a striker would keep hitting!

He was taking it easy trying not to hurt him. He had him the first time lol
Jiu jitsu makes the opponent helpless it's kind of python grapple technique.
