  1. The only issue I have with jiu jitsu is that it's only practical on a 1V 1 and to use it as a self-defense it doesn't really work because you're never in a 1V 1 you have to possibly fight more than one target. And you can't subdue two targets at the same time so I think personally Muay Thai or Wing Chun.
You can exert less force or energy and take out multiple targets in less time. Plus nobody's trying to roll around on concrete or asphalt none of this is ever practical unless you're just doing a 1V 1 exhibition in a ring lol

  2. Wasn't striking, guy only punched bit, could have low leg kicks etc…then he stopped once guy tryed takedown. Could have continued 'striking', elbows to back , punches etc. Goin to get taped anyway cause he not trained and he got gloves on….

  3. MMA gloves for both. Choose your weapons. Carry a pair of gloves. Don't fight unless the people are "laced up" and want to learn lessons. Lessons are Free until you pay.

  4. These scenarios are not only completely unfair they are ridiculous! Put 6 ounce gloves on both and see what happens!? I don’t believe the young man with the gloves on is as novice as this post indicates..
