Marchment hit on Draisaitl – Tough Call Review
Here’s a hit by Mason Marchman on Leon Dryidle that could have gone very wrong because of the position Dryidle was in. He’s already in a puck battle with another Stars player and he’s bent over looking at the puck. Marchment could have hit him in the head and pleaded, look, he’s vulnerable. There’s not much I could do to avoid it. But he doesn’t. He uses hip to hip, body to body. Now, unless he catches it with his arm after the fact, I think he does a good job avoiding the head here with his body.
Mason Marchment could have ended the series for Leon Draisaitl right here, but instead went body on body and avoided the head.

It's a shame Dallas is a class act team and March went way too far too avoid the head. If that would have been oilers player delivering the hit he would have 100% took a couple strides more and hit the head on purpose.
And Drai embellishing being hit to the head, fishing for a penalty. Like oilers pretty much every time they are touched.
