Méthot: Slab on grade, good decision. Do not shoot yourself for that. Basements in Canada don’t work – they always flood. They always leak. They’re always rank and musty, no matter what you do, no matter how big the budget is, basements in Canada suck. When you have some money, why would you wanna hang out in a hole in the ground? I commend you for avoiding the basement trap! Just build another out building on the property for the kid 😊

Boy, has everyone forgotten that they took the Cats to 7 games and lost by one goal? Drai was badly injured, Kane couldn't even finish the series, McD was also injured. This year, they're all healthy and they have much better D. If Skinner falters, Picard's record in this playoff is 6-0 so he's ready for primetime. As Yorkie mentioned, they now know what to expect.
