  1. Ty Mr Binnington for all you do and continue to do for our team and our city 💙 now. Let's kick the crap out of the jets. Pppllllleeeeeaaaassssee

  2. If the Blues see this I won my championship game playing for the army hmu I wanna where my jersey to a playoff game

  3. Okaay, I'd say Binner winner chicken dinner MIGHT be the most unappreciated goalie in Blue Baller history (Liut?) ONLY cuz, yes, he won da Cup but hasn't played at THAT level afterward until this 4 Nations and stretch run, imo. Sure, he'll be known for winning da Cup… but as Janet Jackson once sang… What Have You Done for Me Lately?? IF he/team beats Jets…???

  4. He said he never looks at the replay. I've never seen him look at the jumbotron. He always takes a skate to the corner. That's focus.

  5. I think he's great. I think he is fantastic under pressure. I don't know if we'll trade him before his contract is up or if we'll sign him for his entire career. Regardless, he's terribly uninteresting. He keeps up with this "I never get nervous" narrative but with an edge of "you should be nervous of me" with his Saved By the Bell Screech lookin' face, which may be true but his execution of that projection is clunky. He looks like he wants us to believe it more than just letting the fact stand. When Binner was at the 2019 Parade and got on the podium to say "You all want emotion?! Well how's this for some F*ing emotion!?" and followed it with nothing, he looked like a kid who cussed for the first time – like he wanted a different reputation, but Jordan, you are who you are, and being "quiet" is certainly among the least of criticisms. I wouldn't mind if he went back to the quiet unknown mystery terrorizing the league. Thankfully, his "antics" will tarnish his chances of leaving us for a bigger market where he would undoubtedly be lauded nationally because he truly is deserving of that sort of recognition. Just be cool without saying it, man.

He reminds me of when they signed Zach Sanford and his welcome interview was him trying to talk about being a big guy who can assert his size on people while still having the eyes of a 10 year old. I can't believe his voice didn't crack, and I'm like "who coached you for this?" Granted, there are about 3% of hockey players who are unique and interesting on the mic. Most of them sound like they are reading a script for Shoresy. It seems like our captains are about the only people who can present "normal" in front of a mic (so please don't make Thomas captain, and don't deny it's not for him). The last player I was actually impressed by was Carter Hutton, but unfortunately he would be featured less as a back up goalie. There was a reason they had him be the interview guy for others though.
