Future Sabres GM
Jarmo K wasnt my first choice but I like that Pegula finally hired an EXPERIENCED person for the front office. Do you think the Sabres will start signing RFAs ( Macleod, Peterka, JBD, and Levi ) longterm? Quinn i assume if he is back will get a 1 year prove it deal. Or are the Sabres waiting to see if they can sign one or two UFAs Marner, Ekblad, and Fabbro to name a few, then see how much cap room they have left, aka Peterka might have to be bridged.
Remember Kekalainen signed Gaudreau and nobody saw that happening. Everybody thought he was going to sign with Philly or NJ.
Byram OR the first round pick needs to be traded for a D partner for Owen Power as Adams hasnt found Power a partner for 3 yrs now. Hopefully the first move will be to fire D coach Marty Wilford as finishing 30th in goals against wasnt just bad goaltending.Thanks for the video.
The consensus and expectations is that Adams will eventually move to a different position after next season. It was Pegula who wanted another voice in the room not Adams.
