Morgan Frost and Joel Farabee Have Plenty Left to Prove for the Calgary Flames

Joel Farabee and Morgan Frost were traded to the Calgary Flames midseason. Both were due for a change of scenery after their time with the Philadelphia Flyers did not pan out. The Flames were excited to add the two forwards as a reward for the group’s hard work. The two took a little bit of time to settle in and both know they have more to show and prove. What does Frost’s next contract look like and can Farabee bounce back to a 50 point player?

  1. Philly Joel and Frost were mediocre at best in Philadelphia, I assumed the trade was a salary dump and forcing Tortorella to increase Michkov's minutes. I don't understand the trade from the Flames point of view. Why trade for two run of the mill NHL players?
