Marchessault does not address the center position. Montreal has many wing players. Center and RHD need to be fixed.

Getting Marchessault at 2.25 for the 17 overall pick + is well worth it. Although he is 34 and his deal takes him to 39 J March is a physically fit guy who plays a full-length game. Good luck Habs this draft is going to be awesome. 🐾

The only vet id be willing for Montreal to bring in is sid. He would make a great number 2 at this point in his career, cost and willingness to play for his childhood team being on the forefront.
His contract was too long last year so I think it’s still it’s still too long. 🤔
Marchasseult did not want to go to the Habs last year because of term. Now he wants to go to the Habs. You don’t want to know the term I want to say. He can stay where he is.
Marchessault would be an interesting addition given he's proven forward that could revitalise his numbers providing a veteran cup winning presence on the 2nd or 3rd line and not cost a bundle. I like the idea of a quality player 'coming home' as they usually step up for their home province. I suppose it just depends on what Nashville wants in return, a draft pick and a younger body from Laval? Thanks guys.

Again another shrimp cocktail ( marschessault) being enticed to join the Habs. …. the Habs already have their quota of small players being bashed around … caufield, carrier Evans, Hutson, Gallagher, beck , Kapenan, Struble … … Habs already have large players playing like they were small afraid of hitting someone …. LAINE, ARMIA, SLAVKOSKY, MATHESON ….. Now, Habs need two or three large 210 pound plus forwards with ….speed … grit … skill … tenacity …. that love to pull your eyes out, just for their own entertainment … They need guys that are not afraid of getting hit and bodychecking and love to crash the opponents net …
