At the first ever BTCC race at the Birmingham Superprix. There was a lot expectations and excitement going around with the supporting bill of the BTCC at the street circuit.
The race started off well at the first corner. But then radio DJ, Mike Smith loses it at the exit of the chicane at the first lap and crashes into the Armco.
It includes an interview which I presume (I am not sure) Mike Smith is trying to blame on someone but yet there are some onboard footage that clearly shows what exactly happened to Mike Smith.

I love the way murray walker grasses up on mike smith, Its almost evil.
There he is lying through his teeth that somebody pushed him, when he clearly lost it himself.
Mike smith was a complete tosser, who had no place on the track, he was constantly f***ing
it up every week on grandstand.
