The Devils played a great first period, but the Kings dominated the second and parts of the third. In the final frame they just sat back because they had the game well in hand. The Devils could have easily scored a goal or two in the first though. No question. The problem is Quick is playing amazing and the Devils best players are not playing like it. Kovy has been atrocious to say the least.

@Chaingangmarine Okay, let's not get too ahead of ourselves here. First of all this isn't a regular season series; it's THE STANLEY CUP FINAL. Crowds are expected to be much bigger. Secondly, most of the people there just hopped on the Kings "Bandwagon" because they started winning excessively. Last but not least. NO ONE CAN BEAT THE THUNDER'S CROWD. This is coming from a Lakers and Kings fan.

Zone time does not equate to domination. Most of the Devils shots were and have been from the outside. Yes, the Devils have had some chances and if they could score, the games and series could be very different, but guess what? It's not. The Devils are a good team, but they've passed up shots for passes and their best player has been God awful. They're trying, they really are, but in the end the Kings have been just a little bit better in all areas of the game. And that means they want it more.
Kopitar was the 2nd player in NHL history to wear a tinted visor. He wears it because he doesn't like how there is so much light. He's been wearing it since he was 16

we chanted Luongo and Schneider in the Vancouver series, Eliot in the St Louis series, and Mikey in the Phoenix series. the chant wasn't made just for Marty, it was done all season long and Marty just so happened to be next in line. i guarantee if the Rangers had been in the final, we would have chanted Henrik whenever we would have rocked his ass
Its a personal preference. Mirror tint is to reflect the light from the stadium for people who have had concussions. Dark tints is same theory but also because it helps to trick the goaltenders like if u were looking one way but go the other way. I wear a tinted visor cuz its not as bright and because it helps hide my eyes from the opposition
youre an idiot. during the season, the when the Kings looked like they might not even reach the playoffs, the fans were still packing the seats and rooting for them. One of the reasons im so proud to call myself a Kings fan is because of who the fellow fans are. Youre not a real Kings fan, get out
