  1. He got paid for last year! Go to the bank at 65 and ask for a 25 year mortgage, signing a 35 year old is taking a chance. Not more than 5 mil x 3.

  2. WHAT, everything just changed again? But everything just changed the day before, and the day before that!.. lol.. jokes. Maybe some sanity has returned now that we saw carolina have zero chance of winning the series against florida. The leafs were that close. Why blow the entire thing up, just make some changes. Give Tavares a 5 by 5, he gets some long term, the leafs get salary cap relief.

  3. I feel like Matthews and Nylander needs to contribute 2mil from their salary per year towards him so the Leafs can add the much needed grit this Team needs…Oh and Reilly needs to wave his NMC and move on.

  4. We talking about winning not enabling old players to ride out in the sunset on a gravy train! You guys are so pathetic with your niceness reporting. Cmon!

  5. Re-sign JT – 2-3 years at 4-6 mil per. 2nd or 3rd line Center next season? Get Knies, signed also, the future of the Leafs! Let Marners candy-ass walk, a NO-SHOW, in the Playoffs. Acquire some players with a PITBULL mindset and style-of-play. Game plan for Toronto, winning the Stanley Cup within the next 1-3 years? Reasonable and attainable.

  6. Unless they get rid of Johnny T, Mariner, O Rielly and bring in guys to change the culture it will be the same

  7. I hear Mitch Marner is having a going away party at his multimillion dollar cottage in Muskoka that the fans paid for
