A team can play well and lose, that's acceptable. When a team loses because they put in what appeared to be zero effort, that is not acceptable.
the template for success is right in front of our eyes, and they are called the florida panthers, a mix of not only talent but toughness and hockey iq. the talent is there, the hockey iq is debatable but the toughness is woefully lacking in this leafs squad. so lets work on bringing in players that address those deficiencies and then we'll be on the right track to success!

The last 7 years, they lost 5 game 7 and a game 5 in the best of 5. In those 6 winner take all games, they scored 5 goals. They should have scored mininum 5 goals in at least ONE of those games, but theyre averaging less than 1 goal per game in the games that count the most. That's with one of the most expensive offenive lineups in the league. Disgusting
