Utah fans have built the identity the last 15 years that they are better than BYU. When they left for the pac it was their opportunity to put their rival in their place. They put up billboards, slapped Pac 12 stickers on everything, hell people even got tattoos. Their coaching staff, fans, administration you name it all believed they were above their brother 40 miles south. When the pac died they didn't view coming to the Big 12 as a lateral move it was a step down for them because it meant being on the same playing field as BYU. Now that BYU has beat them two times in a row and has lots of excitement and engagement surrounding them finally being in a big time league, the only excuse in Utah fans minds is that cheating is taking place.
The excitement and power 4 money flowing in provo and is happening at the same time as NIL and basically free agency for all players every year. Of course the donors, fans, and even players are going to capitalize on it. Players are going to try to get their friends to transfer. Agents are going to be looking for deals for the players using their services. That's the name of the game now. Were excited for Kirkland in Provo. It sounds like from what Cody Stovall is saying Oklahoma state has a lot to be excited about from players transferring in. Not to overlook UT Martin but I hope you guys beat the snot out of Oregon

This is not popular, but Kirkland never lived up to the hype. This is different than GR, because JK had lots of opportunities to improve at game speed.
Ute fans whining about BYU and making false allegations is just another typical week for the little brothers in the rivalry.
I expect Oklahoma State to have a much better season this year. BYU should have another good season but can’t leave it to the last drive or hope the ball bounces their way this year. We’ve added some good players that will hopefully help.

A former manager of mine was one of the best men I ever knew, and also happened to men I ever knew also graduated from Oklahoma State University. As a Ute fan, I don’t see what all the hate for Utah is about?! Unless there are other social media boards that I don’t go to because I just don’t have that kind of time where Utes fans are complaining about everything. I don’t know what the freak you guys are talking about because I don’t see much on here but what I do see is a lot of unnecessary hating on Utah as it relates to BYU. It’s a rivalry for gosh dang sake! Both schools are gonna talk major shit about each other. Like rivals do. There are Ute fans that are pain in the ass obnoxious fans. And I have seen some on X that are unbearable and I have called them out on their BS, but there are a lot of good Ute fans out there like myself that aren’t like that and don’t talk a lot of shit. As I know there are a good BYU fans out there that are awesome but also some despicable BYU fans who also have burners accounts posing as Ute fans like @Optimist3946 (not sure if correct name) who’s a fraud Ute fan and talks trash. Why does a byu fan have to stoop that low and push negative comments about Utah. If you hate Utah simple cuz you hate Utah well that’s a personal problem. There are a lot of good Ute fans out there! I can’t speak for everyone but I myself and others will defend the program if we believe what has been reported or posted online is true or not. Again it’s a rivalry! Like they say don’t believe everything you hear. It’s kinda like comparing Utah to Trump, a lot of people hate Trump because the media brainwashed them and now they hate Trump only because the media said orange man bad.
