    We need that #1 shutdown, physical defenseman. Aside from forward additions, the players have to buy into Mike Sullivans system. I think Kreider has hit the end of the road with the NYR, which is sad to see but it must happen. I like Miller and Mika on the same line. I think they should roll with what they have now and build on it through the trade deadline, this off szn sign ur defenseman, trade kreider. Perrault and Othmann have promising potential.

    I don't think there will be a lot of moves made because of cap limitations. I think a new system & better coaching will make the biggest difference in how the team plays next season. A lot of fans underrate how important coaching is to outcome. Whether Kreider goes or stays, I believe will depend on Sullivan's input. My hope is that the Rangers can sign Gavrikov & trade K'ller at a minimum. It may be that spare parts like Soucy, Parsinnen, Brodzinski, & Kalyev are pieces traded to free up some cap. It's a real guessing game at this point.
