Shutting down Dallas’ first line is the my X factor. The best way to do that is do what the Oilers did against the Eichel line in Vegas. They used Drai’s line of Pods and Kap as a shutdown line and it worked brilliantly.
The other factor is goaltending.Oettinger has been good. However, Skinner out dueled him last year and the same must happen this year. The oilers need to attack the net like they did against Vegas and get under the skin of Oettinger like they did to Hill.

There will be the usual one or two game zombie Oilers … then they will come alive…and then watch out. Maybe they dont have the 1 or 2 game zombification….who knows… thats why we watch.
