  1. Zonnon sounds pretty good but take into account his super early birthday. His 17 year old season was pretty decent so you can kinda split the difference. I think the Sharks staff takes early/late birthdays into account a bit… late birthdays like Musty and Dickinson might have gotten them chosen in a toss up.

  2. I don't think Logan Hensler will be there at the end of round one but if he is I would love that pick. The crazy thing is the Sharks might get two of these guys when you add in the the 33rd overall pick as well. Think of your top three picks being MIsa at 2, one of Hensler or Zonnon with the Dallas pick then Henry Brzustewicz at 33. You also can't forget the Igor factor where someone high ranked, (Igor Chernyshov was ranked as high as 15 on some boards) prospect falls to you at either one or both of those picks. I for one am looking forward to this upcoming draft, (really what else do we have to look forward to at this time as Sharks fans) and can't wait to see what GMMG does.

JD a couple of show idea's for you.
    1) A show about how the Sharks might reunite Victor Eklund with his brother. Do they trade the 2nd overall pick, (your BUF type trade). What if he drops on draft night like some expect? If he is still sitting there at the 12-15 range would GMMG use some of our picks to trade up and get him and what would it take. Maybe add team fit, (the dream of having both brothers on the same line centered by Mac/ Smith/ Misa) and projections. Would love to see that show.

    2) Do a show about who might fall to us at the Dallas and/ or the 33rd pick like Igor did last year. Do you see a kid like Hensler or, (just putting it out in the universe) McQeen falling for whatever reason and we are able to snap them up with either pick. Maybe show one from each of the last couple years drafts like Brad Lambert for 2022 and Gabe Perreault for 2023. I think this would be a cool idea for a show.

I am sure you have your shows scheduled in advance but I would love to see your take on either or both of these ideas. Keep up the good work as it is all we Sharks fans have at this time of year and thank you for giving me something to watch almost every night.
