Did stu hire his own goalie coach for playoffs again? He did last year and it makes me wonder why the oilers management hasn’t fired Dustin Schwartz , he’s hands down the worst goalie coach in the league, should have been gone years ago but somehow managed to sneak through every management rebuild. Mike Smith for goalie coach!!!
When the goaltending is solid the Oilers are the best team in the league. Nobody dislikes Stu, he’s an easy guy to cheer for. You certainly can’t question his resilience. Hopefully this is a turning point for him. It’s not even the shutouts, his poise and composure was night and day from earlier in playoffs. Honestly this is professional sports, the criticism has been warranted but so have the accolades. You’ve got to be crazy to be a goalie.
Very happy for Stew in finding his skill level in the past two critical games! The team all stepped up and played well. Now they have two wonderful goalies and players who believe in each other to WIN!
Smart move to stay in the blue paint, it condenses your entire game both physical and mental as well as emotional. Plus its nice to have you in a predictable spot. Good luck chasing shadows. Keep the Sos coming.
What a game guys! Good for Skinner to get back to back shutouts. For everyone that's gets down on him including myself he's doing what we should see from him.

Nice to see the Oilers be able to play any style, grind out or run and gun, they can change gears at any moment, which catches teams off guard.
Your team wants to run and gun ? Ok then you’ll have holes and the Oilers wills expose them
Your team wants to play a possession game ? Ok then Oilers will hit you and punish you in the corners and make you commit penalties.
It is very entertaining to watch, oilers are playing chess while everyone else playing checkers.
Always believed in stu, its tough to see alot of people who doubted him at his lowest are now supporters at ones of his highest. sad world
