A big fat NOOOO to Mitch Marner! Why? Because we don't need him. Getting Mitch Marner would no doubt 'pretty' us up – but name the last 'pretty' team to win a Stanley Cup, or even compete in one? Marner needs to go somewhere where he can just 'be', and no one will complain about his salary. If we would get anyone – I would say Brad Marchand -if Corey Perry retires Marchand would be a perfect replacement for him.
