  1. We knew Mikko is dynamite in the playoffs, but holy moose he really found his groove at the right time. Get him some backup and it might be the Stars' year!

  2. This interview with Ralph was nuts. Such a wacky fella. I miss his calls and was fairly bummed when he left. I grew up listening to his voice, but we are also so spoiled to be able to listen to Josh.

  3. Duchene, despite not scoring now has played with 100% intensity. I think the whole team can be proud, even If its mainly Rantanen running the show score wise.

  4. I am at complete disbelief at how well the Moose has played during these playoffs. Unreal. That being said, other guys like Duchene, Seguin, Hintz, Granlund et al have also played better than their stats give them credit for. Not to mention the defence and Otter

  5. Rantanen did say in Finnish TV that he was ready to take much less money then his market value Is to stay in Colorado but still they didnt want him. Hi from FINLAND 🇫🇮

  6. I remember when the North Stars moved to Dallas, I had moved from Minnesota the Year before for the Airforce and ended up spending my whole career in Texas. I remember Ralph announcing the Whataburger What a Shot and I asked what a whatburger was. Lol

  7. My brother-in-law plays in a NY beer league in which Zubov laces up every now and then, and said he hasn’t lost a step whatsoever. He effortlessly skates around players half his age like pylons and launches wristers from the blue line harder than most guys slap shot? And he’s in his mid 50’s playing against young men with skills!!! Dude is 1 in a 100 million.

  8. Always wonderful to see and hear Ralphie. As Stars fans, we were blessed to have him on our broadcast for so many years.

  9. I can honestly say, I have literally not seen a player take over a game the way Rantanen has, since Wayne Gretzky in the late '80s and early '90s. Never thought I would see it again. Stars are very fortunate to have Mikko right now, playing like he is.

  10. The Avalanche and Canes didn't want him and the Leafs couldn't obtain him because selfish Marner refused to be traded to the Canes.

  11. If Rantanen gets cold/injured, it's time for others to step up, but when you have the hottest playoff performer of NHL history you play the livings s*hit out of him.

  12. Bruh I have so many memories of Modano taking over a game, and you couldnt even catch him.

I get it its out of sight out of mind, but Modano did the same thing for Dallas in the 90's /00's era

Nowhere near this obviously, but to take over a game and get the Win, yes modano did this as well
