Is it bad to take it consistently but different time of the day? Say you always take it before a workout, but one day you happen to workout in the morning, then the following day you workout at night. Is it still recommended to take it in just the morning or just at night vs before your workout which can change?

I dry scoop then drink water all the time but I'm wondering wich is more beneficial. Dry scoop or mix in water or is it the same effect? Please help haha

Ahh I usually take it every few days after I work out, every like 3 days or so. So I should increase intake to every day? I’m not a body builder just trying to get into better shape and be healthy

Is mixing the creatine with a protein shake taken after a workout a good idea or not a good idea ? Also, is taking glutamine helpful and also shoukd you mix glutamine with a protein shake after a workout ? Is it good or bad to be using creatine and also glutamine? The taking it with carbs and timing can help people who are more resistant or less responsive to creatine
There are some studies on creatine having adverse effects when combined with caffeine. Just to avoid any possible conflicts there, I do it at night
