  2. Is it bad to take it consistently but different time of the day? Say you always take it before a workout, but one day you happen to workout in the morning, then the following day you workout at night. Is it still recommended to take it in just the morning or just at night vs before your workout which can change?

  3. I make a drink in the morning that has clear protein, creatine, electrolyte packet and a mix from RNWY called [Foundation].

  5. Ahh I usually take it every few days after I work out, every like 3 days or so. So I should increase intake to every day? I’m not a body builder just trying to get into better shape and be healthy

  6. I just take it in the morning with pre workout. It takes me at least 3 hours to be motivated to go to the gym.

  7. Could there ever be a benefit of taking 10g of creatine? I know it states 5g daily. Is the human body only able to absorb 5g?

  8. It doesn't matter when u take it, it is a long term supplement if its in your system it's in your system period.

Also, is taking glutamine helpful and also shoukd you mix glutamine with a protein shake after a workout ? Is it good or bad to be using creatine and also glutamine? I'm pretty ignorant on these products

  10. There are some studies on creatine having adverse effects when combined with caffeine. Just to avoid any possible conflicts there, I do it at night
