The Flyers won their last cup when I was just six years old. Ever since, I live and die by each Flyers game. I bleed orange and black! Even have the emblem tattooed on my chest… always over my heart. A heart they have broken so many times. 😉
Tocchet….come on! I would argue that he's a Flyer legend! 50 goals and 300+ PIM in a season. Now that ..was Flyers hockey! I fought back the tears when he was traded to Pittsburgh.. of all bloody places! Hate the Punkguins and their chief crybaby…Criesby!
Love seeing a true Flyer come back to the club. Yet…I have some trepidation. These kind of things…a player, a fan favorite, coming back to coach. Seems as if it doesn't often work out the way it was hoped. Perhaps I'm forgetting someone but …seems like this is the case. Also, I've lived in Phoenix since 79 and…watched Tocchet coaching the Yotes. Very hard to judge him based on that sonce ownership was soooo bad for soooo long!!! Now….three former players…Flyers… running the show? I do like this. Tocchet, Danny B and Jonesy…they do all love the club and the city.
Well ..time will tell. Can't stress enough…how mucn I hope this works out. Really looking forward to the draft. Really hoping Danny can use that big bag of picks to trade for or…draft a true top tier 1C. We so desperately need one. I still have serious concerns about goaltending as well. Really hoping Danny can get the most out of that big bag of picks!

How did you MISS the conspiracy? Toc wanted to leave (for why, IDK) the West Coast. Our master of truculence, the ever-puzzling Torts, had burned his last bridge and Toc wants to leave? Did any of these parties speak prior to his decision to pop that Vancouver about THIS job?

Here in Phoenix, we have the HOV (high occupancy vehicle) that is only HOV during rush hours. Outside of rusn hour and for…. real drivers…. it's the VERY FAST LANE!!!! 😉
Sadly….way to many people decide to get in it and drive even slower than the fast lane….and it's so INFURIATING!!! especially when it's older people. They should know better! Could understand if its the younger entitled brats on their damn cell phones! But … Its the young women on their phones and soccer mom's afraid to be on the freeway…that travel miles in the slow lane…that should ONLY be used for merging on and off freeway!
Btw…I spent six years traveling about 40 weeks a year all over the country. Drivers suck…. EVERYWHERE! Jersey ain't nothing strange.
Now….Boston drivers….they stand out! Bat crap crazy!!! I do love visiting that town ..lol. couldn't live there… gotta be hard as nials too…but…love the people there. Southies….hard as hell! Love them!
They need to hit on a ton of prospects and have a stellar draft .. I see 2 offensive players that can play top 6 and arguably 1 defensive player is a bubble top pair guy not to mention the huge goaltending problem. This potentially can turn out really bad
