A crazy "seatbelt laws are unconstitutional" Texan vs. a winter-hardened Manitoban who plays his beer league games like Dave Karpa would be a hell of a matchup. The issue is I think you might have to look a ways outside the Dallas & Winnipeg city limits to find suitably stereotypical champions to fight each other (though I have no doubt you'd be able to find one on each side without going too far).
Should any of my fellow Stars fans feel cocky about this hypothetical matchup, I'll remind them that Eddie Belfour is from not too far outside of Winnipeg. The man is 60 years old and even just looking into his eyes through a computer monitor still makes me uneasy.
