Y’know. It’s funny. When the leafs were at Montreal, and beat the Habs 7-3, we had Leafs fans all up in our faces, flipping us off, yelling that this was their year. The cup was a lock. Blah, blah, blah. Aaaaaaaand here we are. Watching the Leafs crumble. And the core 4 completely disappear in the playoffs. This Molson is going down easier than the Leafs in the playoffs 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

Matthews is an American, so maybe he's a Trumpet and throwing the games, but Marner's a local boy. It doesn't make sense. Hockey is the song you've been playing all your life. You're the talented musician. How the F do you forget the song?!?!
I don't blame the Leafs. It was Stolarz that gave them the faith they needed to win. The league decided to stop Toronto so they took out Stolarz. I've been watching this league since the '60s. I'm well aware of their games. The league would've lost hundreds of millions of dollars if Toronto had won this series. Not to mention the setback on expanding into new markets and the strenghtening of other markets. I don't care what others think. This league has been rigged for decades. I love the game of hockey and I hate the NHL. What a waste of time.

The new guy Robertson played better than Matthews, Marner, Nylander, all put together. Beyond a joke. I thought the Zamboni goalie loss was the ultimate disgrace, but last night’s game Leafs proved me wrong. Fire soft Matthews, and fire baby poo marshmallow Marner after the next game! Beyond a disgrace!
It was funny to see Leafs battling each other for the puck in the corner while the Panthers were on a change. Berube has them programmed to win the battles even if they are on the same team.

I’m not making a direct comparison but much like when the oil had hall and eberle they were soft players and lacked any mettle. Eberle has great hands but no battle or intensity. Seems to be the same with Marner.

Ohhh… I'm disappointed in everyone EXCEPT the Maple Leafs…they are giving everyone what everyone expected…to lose!!!..they were playing "the Good Ol' hockey game"…then along come the Panthers..who CAN'T WIN A GAME without overly beating on the Leafs bodies.. there were no consequences for the Panthers..no one has been standing behind the Leafs..not the fans(except me)..not commentators.. not the NHL.. especially not the player safety commission…they have been beaten, battered and bruised…and people say that's hockey!!!..no..I find letting the Panthers get away with ILLEGAL HITS every single time.. well.. that's not hockey… that's the sport UFC..I just want to say..if the NHL allows the Panthers..to play hockey that way…they won't be happy until one unlucky player ends up in a wheelchair…

Well as usual, the Maple Leafs just can’t get out of their own way. I actually thought they could win the Eastern Conference this season, but what was I thinking ? It’s the Maple Leafs. They’re just like the Cleveland Indians of Hockey. Always competitive but no championship for the longest time. I guess some things never change.
