  1. I would bend them first extend the elbows at the end of the concentric phase than keeep the arms straight to over load the eccentric phase.

  5. Both are right as long as your chest is up (big chest) through out the whole range of motion. Every individual has a different body type (frame), they need to adjust the form based on their body type. The guy in the video is a short individual with a narrow frame, tucking the elbows while pressing, squatting without slightly leaning forward works for him but not for everyone. Try out different range of motions and choose the best that suits you.
