Mountain of a challenge ahead. Winning 3 straight against the Oilers vs. 3 straight against Minny is a very different animal. Not happening.
I did not see last night’s game but I have seen many of the other games leading up. We struggled with the Wild..we did..we found a way to win. Oilers, no shade to them, are not a two guy team anymore, good for them. I believe in my team, and I want their success but even if by some miracle we overcome this challenge the likelihood of being in the same position next series is inevitable. If any group could do it…it would be you guys. In order to claim our 2023 win, we need to accept our losses. I know you guys are trying and respect to the Oilers , they are a great team. I’ll root for Thompson if you guys don’t go forward. I think a Canadian team will win this year. I don’t think it will be the Panthers, even though they’re my favorite eastern conference team.
