  1. They offered the same thing to the Habs too, and i wouldn't pick any of this year top picks over Demidov.

  2. This year's draft is supposedly not as strong.
So chances are everyone would prefer last year's 4 over this year's 3.
ESPECIALLY Demidov over any of this year

  3. Rumors have it that had Columbus done that trade and Chicago got Demidov at 4 that Montreal would have passed on Lindstrom and taken University of Denver Defenseman Zeev Buium.

  4. Hot take: As a CBJ fan, I’d STILL take Lindstrom over Demidov. Give me a big, fast, big shot center over a great wing every time.

And I’d still turn down that trade.

  5. @the end of your videos it sounds like you are having a stroke so i end up watching the next one to make sure you are okay , the man is a genius folks

  6. Chicago should take a breather, they won’t get back to a dynastie for a while! Montréal has lot better players and few more in the pipeline coming shortly! I believe that their défense with Lane hutson will be a lot better than Chicago or Columbus and Montréal is the next big team coming! Free agents were not the solution for Chicago and Connor Bédard has still everything to prove in the NHL!

  7. In light of how Kyle Davidson is willing to swing for the fences, what are your thoughts on the Isle's trading down to 3rd this year for picks or assets to take Hagens who wants to be an Islander. It has been a struggle to keep stars in Long Island and here is a guy who wants to be there and is good. The Hawks want a chance to get either Misa or Shaefer. How about a video on this topic?

  8. In order for the Jackets to really move off that pick Chicago would have needed to offer the 2026 1st unprotected plus the 2025 1st as well. Waddell is not stupid enough to make that trade when he knows darn well Chicago has cap space and if they were aggressive enough they could have made that 25 1st much lower in the round. Bluntly, Cayden Lindstrom is better than any forward in this draft. DW would have needed a substantial shot at 1OA in 2026 to even consider that. I heard this rumor but it never got close bc it was clearly not enough. Now, the Jackets were close to acquiring Necas but ultimately Necas said he didn’t want to sign there so the Jackets backed off and were sold on Lindstrom.
