Maybe this upcoming year they can sit him, hire an interim coach and tank for McKenna
I have not even listened to the comments but here is my take:
1. JT Miller is a Fat Pumba, a second liner, sh*t on the team crest, and did not take Rangers to the play offs.
2. EP40 is the star on Canucks.
3. Get a coach, like Sturm, that can coach something else than just dump and chase
4. Tocchet will never make it past 1 round in play offs.

I never thought they should have bought out Oliver Ekman-Larsson, I understand if they wanted him off the team but definitely don't buy out his contract. For me this news validates my feelings, Oliver could have been a salvageable piece given a proper recovery and used either for his skillset or trade value; in typical Canucks fashion, they made the absolute worst decision and bought him out.

Evander Kane was on LTIR all season. If Petey was hurt they should have just put him on LTIR all season until he was 100%.
