Looks like a LOT of videos showing Leaf infractions while there are almost no Florida.videos of the same thing. How about you show the Tkachuck video where he tries to injur Marner at the end of the game.?
I will say if there is a penalty it would be charging, lining up the player before the hit and then lifting is a charging penalty whether or not he touches the puck.

Elevates into the hit, lets the puck go by, and tries to sneak a chicken wing into the Florida player's jaw.

Tough call: 6-10 games for a non-hockey play (coulda boxed him out, taken the puck)

Not a penalty. And based on how Florida plays and the refs let them play is really isnt a penalty.
