The Championship Tour is Burleigh Bound. The Bonsoy Gold Coast Pro presented by GWM will go down at Burleigh Heads, a location with its own incredible legacy and rich in surfing heritage. Burleigh has shaped generations of surfers. It offers a high-performance right-hand point break that’s proven and reliable. CT veteran Jordy Smith says, “When that wave turns on, it gets as good as anywhere.” This is the second to last stop of the Tour before the Mid-season Cut; every turn, every heat, every wave matters. Watch history be ridden this May on the Gold Coast.

Take that poopoo boy!
It’s great to see the boys muscling rails. Great heat.
Got the win at the right time.picture perfect maneuvers Liam O'Brien.
BULLSHIT on that 9.1. Wave was smaller and judges are Homers.
Local favourites seem to get higher points around the WSL, unless they fall off… Local crowd, sponsors, ratings, support, knowledge, boards…?
LOB has smooth flow, great to watch; though 4x same snap & a floater= 9/10 ride? Griff squeezed. Hope North Point WA is working for the guys.
Colapinto was much better. No way he lost that heat.
As soon as the WSL gets out of Australia the nonsense scoring and goofy overhyped commentary will end.
Liam was ripping! It must be so good to surf with a cheer squad like that!
Burleigh is sorting out all the pros!
It’s really a technical wave to surf!
Fair and square lobby was notably the winner in that one.
He definitely won the heat but how the hell did he get scored into the 9s for that wave
9.1???
