Wow! The Leafs are up 3-0 in the series and this is news?
Another bad take by Jesse. LOL. Do you really think the Sens care about $25G? He is whining about the poor owner being fined $25,000 while the franchise is worth well north of 1 billion dollars! The Sens are responsible for what happens before the game, just as the team would be fined if there was a fight during warm-up. I hope Jesse learns to find real stories to cover instead of trying to exaggerate a nothing burger.

I’d of suspended him a game. He’s a 4th liner who couldn’t crack their game one lineup. He’s a prime candidate to make an example of to curb stuff like this from happening in the future. While this incident is basically nothing, warmup shenanigans should not be tolerated.
Think this is pretty stupid they won a cup together last season there still friends its a waste of time i think the tackle and face slam into the ice on Nylander from brady is a serious issue.
Hit the nail on the head with this one. Fining Cousins makes sense; they don’t want these shenanigans in the game. But fining the Sens as an org is just asinine.

If you knew anything about hockey, this would not be a surprise. You say you get it shooting pucks at the opposing team. Then go on for ten minutes whining about nothing. Stolars is not expecting the other team to be shooting at him. No goalie expects the other team to shoot at them during warm-up. Yes, things get heated around playoff time. At its core, hockey culture is a gentleman's game. Ottawa didn't learn from that incident earlier in the year.

It was just news, but it appears it's now BIG news's because the new generations cry babies don't like rules, let alone working. Cry babies make all this fuss, yet the the team/Cousin's laugh it off and it's done and over with, you would have thought. The rule has been around for awhile, the teams are fined just like baseball or football etc as the teams need to make sure that the rules are followed and are in check with the players, some will forget the rules once in awhile https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hx9DTlx5n3I. It does not matter if it was 1 shot on net or 10, a rule is a rule and 25K is nothing for them. So don't blame the little guy from enforcing his company rules. Rule breaking has gone up everywhere in anything so stop whining like a baby over a mole on a mountain.

ya im with u jesse. Im a leafs fan, and I thought that was a little much. Fining the player? sure, its a little slap on the wrist, all thats needed here. But fining the team was overkill
