  1. Easy for me to say because it's not my money but if I am the Islanders, i would go scorched earth. Trade Dobson, Horvat and Barzal for a ton of future assets and start over. They have practically no prospects of worth right now and they have a quite a few older players signed to long-term deals that are diminishing assets.

Also, you mentionned teams to watch during the offseason, how about Minnesota? They have $14.5 million of dead cap space due to the buyout of Parise and Suter coming off the books.

  2. If yiu guys were referring to Price' contract, he is owed singing bonus of $5.5 million and a base salary of $2 million in the upcoming season.

  3. With 4 pick in the top 50 and 7 pick in top 80 i would be surprised, they try to trade up to 10-13 in the draft.
They need more quality instead quantity

  4. Crosby in Mtl a solution for the next 2 years. but the habs could benifit Crosbt experience for those 2 years he will be 40 at the end of his present contract.

  5. what does 2 firsts + mesar an mailloux get you from the islanders? thats 4 firsts! maybe the 1st overall? if their gm is bergevin lol

  6. watching the canadiens playing, has been always a good comedy
in fact, they should rename themselves for comédians
    montréal comédians, that fits together

you know the type of clowns that always take themselves for being absolutely serious
however, anybody, except of them, is laughing at them
    that's montréal comédians
