Frondell will be the best player of this draft . he’s only months away from being eligible for the 2026 draft. 07 baby putting up good numbers in a pro men’s league. Next season he’ll only get better his physicality is already there at 17 his 2 way game is good but his shot is absolutely Elite and he’s got Good size. Pair him with Michkov you got a future franchise duo. I really hope the Flyers scouts see his potential. But I hope other teams ahead of us don’t 😂 praying Utah takes Desnoyer and preds take Hagens and Frondell falls to 6!
Not sure about Frondell at 6th. I am leaning towards Desnoyers or O’Brien as a top Center for flyers. If Danny Biere likes Martin then move back 1-2 spots and pick up a 2026 draft pick. Then pick Boudemmie D then Murtagh who can play wing or Center. Then get McKinney or Moore both centers and have size with their 1st pick in 2nd round then fill in with best talent with other 2nd round picks. Danny Biere cannot have a bad draft he needs to hit on 3 first rounders and hopefully 1-2 of the second rounders.
Florida traded for 8 of their current guys and signed 8 free agent current guys that is more than half the squad they did not draft. The flyers will need follow this method if they want to compete as a future playoff team. Stay away from older players if the flyers want to dabble in the free agent market they need to have parameters young age, size, a doable contract, culture fit etc. When making trades make sure the player adds to roster not just a body.
they just can't pick Martin at 6. No way. They have to pick one of the 4 players widely believed to comprise the second tier, even if it is Martone, the one non-center of the four.
Martin did have teammates better than him. Taking him at 6th would be an abomination. Regardless of the board falls, one of Martone, Hagens, Frondell, Desnoyers, Misa, Or Schaefer will be available at 6th. Unless a new team is made and inserted above the Flyers.

I'm hearing from a bunch of people that Frondell is actually much bigger now and than previously reported and is at least 6' 2" I expect his height to be updated at the combine. A other plus for the I want a bigger center club. He could grow more he only just turned 18.
