For Edm… that Hyman hit on Doughty turned the season around…. He gave the team the spark for some playoff magic and its infectious, as The whole bench stepped up and they won four straight rolling four lines… they need Ekholm to take it to the finals one more time 'Take it to the Limit, one more time…' like an Eagle's song…

Speaking of #67 Pacioretty; What a game one! and a deflection for the tying goal in game two…. there's an old dog that could keep that room in check with #91… Veteran presence like Perry in EDM could be the key piece… I hope for some Mangiapani magic here too… It's the Playoffs
Hurricanes…. i get PTSD with 05' flashbacks and Cam Ward 'the goalie' and Eric Cole the 'dream killer' Ohh…. what a collision that would be; I'd end up in the Hospital…🥵🤯🤠
As for the Utah team I was for 'Carpetbaggers' with the 'Bagman' video game motiff… I used smoke signals for them all year as a no-name team making smoke in the desert… No slight on Smyth as the owner he payed through the nose for the team and is pouring money into Utah so a great addition to hockey but the desert dogs have baggage and i'd bet some cooked books in Arizona… so lets have some fun… The number #4 pick is more smoke when none's needed… just saying; Carpetbaggers for the last time….
Two new teams on the horizon; probably post CBA, so players are gonna be a premium… Teams with youthful prospects and are pick rich…. They should do well. So this is part of the big picture all round like the elephant in the room…. So for a GM; I'd look at one who knowes the College game through and through…. I'd be looking for the 'Pete' from 'Money Ball' So Islanders sure were handed a gifthorse here so no Ho-Sang or Del Colle… Be interesting if 'The Wolfman' gets to make the pick to make up for those busts… Or it's a new GM moment… For the big splash🌊👌
