Almost doesn't matter – B's need better development.
Take the best player available that hasn't plateaued.
Zero in on development.
Chara is working his way up the organization.
We all know his realtor license, business degree, multilingual..
Just brought in new Russian and European scouts at the new year
officially announced Chara at the end of January
(I'm thinking he's going to be taking over Neely's spot by the end of next season)
Trade deadline brought in Murat and Misyul from Russia and Belarus
I think there's a few surprises around the corner
It's going to depend on our development.
Here's a few guys who serve the Bruins pretty well not being top 5 picks:
Zacha #6
McAvoy #14
Pasta #25
Bergeron #45
Lucic #50
Chara #56
Krejci #63
Geekie #67
Marchand #71
Ullmark #163
It's all about development and scouting at this point.
Can't sit back and wait for the NHL lottery balls to bring "good luck"
