Charlotte blanks P-Bruins to take 2-0 series lead
Game two, the Atlantic Division semi-finals between the P Bruins and the Charlotte Checkers. Checkers leading the series one zip. Second period, right off the faceoff, Puck scores loose and Wilmer Scoo right place, right time. The puck hits off of him and goes into the net to put Charlotte up one zip. Later in the second period, same score. Pete Bruins down a man looking for a short-handed goal, but Raleigh Durant, he can’t finish it. Checkers still leading with under 12 minutes to go in the second. Charlotte will add to their lead. Ben Steves off the redirect and that finds the back of the net. Charlotte wins two nothing to go up 200 in the series. P Bruins will need to win on Wednesday in the Queen City to keep their season
