As a criminal lawyer and psychologist all u need to see as proof that Bennett intended harm is the fallow threw on stolarz.
For testament of Bennett's character look at the hit on Knies 2 years ago by Bennett as it was clearly an intent to kill by driving Knies head into the ice after the hit putting him out also.
