Of cores he's not going to get suspended, he's playing for an American fucking team. If he was playing for a Canadian team, he would get suspended for the rest of the playoffs and get fined. When Sheldon Keefe was with the Leafs he got fined for telling the referees off. But giving somone a concussion is fine.
