At this point Giroux’s numbers are almost the exact same as Couturier. It’s not worth it to bring him back. I’d say don’t look back. Get one of Misa, Frondel, Hagens, Desnoyers let them grow with Michkov.

I’d love to see G back in the Orange and Black, but it just doesn’t make sense. You don’t have your 1C of the future on the roster, the team is still several major pieces away from being a contender, and he’ll slow the growth of potential AHL call ups by holding a roster spot. While I know he’s not washed and probably can help some of our young wingers elevate their game, the timing is wrong. If we were 2 years further along in this rebuild or had more of the key pieces were missing then I’d be absolutely for it. As for Lyon, if he’s cheap, sure. He can’t be much worse than fedotov
No to bringing back G, this team does not need an almost 38 year old Giroux. We need to move on from him but lyon should be one of the few goalies they look at. Not much is out there
i love the idea of G coming back, but I'm afraid what it could do to the locker room, i would try Anton Forsberg before Lyon
