Team Austria face Team Canada in a preparation match in warm up to the IIHF World Championships 2025.
This game takes place at the Steffl Arena in Vienna, Austria. 15 NHL players make up the team plus, some additional players made up across europe and the WHL and OHL. There will be no Conor Bedard this year.
We have players representing teams from Austria, Canada, Switzerland and Sweden. Including: Calgary Flames, Columbus Blue Jackets, Detroit Red Wings, Nashville Predators, New York Islanders, New York Rangers, Philadelphia Flyers, Seattle Kraken Utah Hockey Club. As well as the Brampton Steelheads, Saginaw Spirit, Kamloops Blazers, Lausanne HC, Hartford Wolf Pack, Eisbären Berlin, Kometa Brno, Graz99ers, Vienna Capitals, EC KAC, EC Red Bull Salzburg, SC Bern, HC Ambrì-Piotta, HC La Chaux-de-Fonds, Black Wings Linz, Rögle BK, Pioneers Vorarlberg, EHC Kloten and ZSC Lions.
